Intro: Host Alpha Mike talks about why he created this episode in the face of a tragic loss of his friend Sgt. Sebastian Garcia. Alpha, remember so well Sebastian giggle laugh, it was a giggle that said everthing is going to be ok, and that who he was. He made everyone he came in contact with feel good that everything was going to workout. Alpha wanted to remember his friend with joy. 2B. Police agencies changing position on field testing drugs on a scene, to safely sending the opioids to the criminal lab for analysis.
2C. Jury awards family of woman that was fatally shot and killed by Baltimore Police after a 6 hour stand off 37 million dollars. The shot killed the woman and subsequently injured the subjects 5 year old child. Host Alpha Mike gives a shout out to newly appointed Balitmore Police Chief Darryl De Sousa at taking over the helm of the agency. Alpha Mike explained they were in high school 1979-1982 Mater Christi / St. John's Perp High School
2D. Inmate put to death for a murder in 1993, Inmate yelled all the way to hell.
2E. Alabama officals stop inmate death sentence because of inmate's health.
2F. Sheriff BSO allows deputies to carry AR15 on school campus. allowed? On patrol, for real.

2H. During the Columbine High School massacre police training on a shooting was to secure the perimeter until re-enforcement arrive and then a formal entry was conducted. After the Columbine incident the police training was changed to engage the armed subject and limit his/her movement.
The FBi or the Federal Bureau of Politics:

Alpha talks about the beginning of the FBI and it's prior name the Bureau of Investigation (BI), as the 5th Director of the BI and the 1st director of the FBI, J Edgar Hoover came in as a reformer. The 30th President of the United States Calvin Coolidge, appoints J Edgar Hoover Director of the BI in 1924, because of an outcry of corruption called the (Teapot Dome scandal) Hoover was at the leadership role of the BI until 1935, when the agency name was chase and FBI and President Franklin D. Roosevelt retained Hoover as the Director. J Edgar Hoover was director of the BI & FBI for a total of 46 years until his removal in 1972 by Preisdent Richard Nixon. Director Hoover died in 1972. Upon the removal of Hoover, tunmoil took over the FBI because President appointed a outsider. Insiders comenced undermining the agency. So the FBI is born in corruption, managed with blackmail, and undermind by many insiders for year. Then to Clinton Political machine pulls into town.  The FBI becomes more political for personnel gain to a point of not return the we are currently in.
